This hotel is in a great location, situated near the Guttahalli palace bus stop and in the center of everything. It's a safe area, which was important for me and my family. The staff provided excellent service and were always attentive to our needs. The rooms were comfortable and had all the basic necessities, including a balcony which was a nice touch. The breakfast options included were decent, although I wish there were a few more choices. this hotel was a good value for money.

We had a nice city break and enjoyed a couple of complimentary items during our stay. The hotel's location was central and convenient for exploring the city. The room was quite clean, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in.

Sadly, our sleep was frequently disrupted by the loud noise of traffic from the nearby road. the hot water didn't work well, causing us to wait 20 minutes or more for the water to come.

The breakfast was decent and the staff tried to be helpful. The room was a good size and clean.

The location was not ideal and it was difficult to find. The bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning did not work well.
